When will my order ship? 

Due to COVID-19 regulations and my efforts to stay safe, all orders will be mailed out within 2 weeks of date of purchase.

Do you accept exchanges or returns? 

At this time, I do not accept exchanges or returns. If you need any additional information on any product, please make sure you contact me prior to placing your order. 

What if I entered the incorrect address with my order? 

Please double, triple check your address before completing an order, as sometimes I ship out orders the same day. If you entered an incorrect address, please make sure you contact me asap. If your order has already been shipped out, I cannot resend your order unless the original order is returned to me and you purchase additional shipping. 

Will my order include tracking info? 

In order to keep product costs at a minimum, some orders do not include tracking info. If you would like tracking, you can purchase the tracking option with your order. Since non-tracked orders are sent out with a USPS First Class stamp, they cannot be replaced once they are sent out. In order to ensure delivery, please consider purchasing a tracking label, otherwise I will not be able to replace lost items*. The following items are sent without tracking info, unless purchased: 

- Stickers 

- Keychains 

- Pocket mirrors 

- Body pins 

- Bookmarks

A purchase of any of the above listed items in addition to a purchase of an item not listed will automatically include tracking info, no additional tracking info purchase necessary!

*Tracking label add-on available for US only, no international orders. 

Since items in this shop are handmade, please be aware that there might be slight variations/imperfections. 

All products purchased from this shop are for personal use and should not be used for commercial purposes prior to receiving approval.
